Born in Chengdu, Sichuan, China in 1983. In 2004, he graduated from the first animation major of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Dongkoh is an animation workplace community organizer, animation media person, curator, brand designer, comic editor, and photographer.

Winter，2004
In the winter of 2004, Tan Xiaozheng independently established a dynamic online forum in Beijing, navigating through uncertainty to seek direction.
2009-2010
Held the first offline meeting, a small meeting of 20 people. It has been held at the end of each year since 2009. It lasts until 2019.
2011 Chengdu
In May 2011, I concluded my years of exploration in Beijing and made the decision to return to my hometown of Chengdu to establish a formal company. That same year, I realized my ultimate aspiration as a media professional by organizing an animation exhibition.
Summer，2012
In July of that year, the company secured its first enterprise service: an invitation from Beijing Qixinran Film Industry to participate in the promotion of cartoon dolls for the animated film ‘Uncharted’ in Chengdu and Chongqing.
2017-2018
The first animation project investment roadshow event in Chengdu and Beijing.
2019
Collaborate with the Chengdu Animation and Game Association to hold a joint conference on the dissemination of anime.
2024
At the Chengdu Gazelle Valley Cultural and Creative Park, a series of activities celebrating the 20th anniversary of Dongke were held to find direction.
